The strange memory loss, immediately followed by a holiday, has probably left everyone a little out of sorts. ...Though the holiday itself was quite enjoyable. I'm afraid I never caught an explanation of it, however; if anyone has the spare time, I would like to hear one.

That said, I feel it would be useful for everyone to have a reminder of the dangers of this weather. I understand that winters here are approximately the same length as all of the other seasons, and I'm sure those of you who have been here for longer periods of time are accustomed to the use of warmer clothing that does not retain much water. I also know that there are worlds and people who have never met with conditions like these at all, and the dangers of overexposure are certainly severe enough to warrant informing them about proper winter-weather preparation.

Of particular importance are those who are returned from the Malnosso in poor conditions. They have no control over where or how they are returned, or whether or not they have any means of communication. I understand there are organized groups who search the usual locations for anyone coming back from a kidnapping. If it is not being done already, perhaps those groups should carry supplies such as an extra coat or blankets, until the season changes.

[What is with you adults and overworking. Anise sighs a bit, and will go ahead and rearrange the blankets she brought in earlier.]

[at least she knew better than to really get dressed this morning? She meant it when she said she hadn't been out in days]

I apologize, Anise. Being ill and unable to do anything about it frustrates me.

I have been resting for a few days. ...It's not like there's a lot of work to do here, either.

I got a little stuffed doll of Mieu! ♥ I don't know who left it in my room or how they got in, but it was really nice of them. ♥

New year already, huh... Time really flies! [Not going to ask about the weird calendar system, here.]

Oh, no. It's just a regular old doll, but it's really cute! I should show it to Tear some time, I think she'll really like it. It's so cute and soft and it looks just like a real cheagle. ♥
