[Dist pauses to regard Nephry for a moment, and frowns - almost maybe pouting. Don't ask him questions like that, Nephryyy! It makes Dist feel guilty. But he does answer honestly.]

Some more than others... At the very least, the good outweigh the bad.

[But if the good outweigh the bad then why did he call them all brainless? It's a fair question. Unfortunately, her headache is back and she won't get to ask it.]

I'm glad you think so.

[Because Dist is a walking contradiction. Plus, he's better than everyone else, obviously. Dist glances at Nephry for a moment when she doesn't press the issue further, a little concerned. He never minded her arguing with his less than agreeable attitude - it was her nature to be a peacekeeper of sorts. When she didn't press, like he'd grown accustomed and endeared to, Dist knew she had to rest again.]

...Are you feeling all right, Nephry?

I'm fine. Just a little tired, that's all.

Then don't let me keep you from resting. It's been a daunting few days, after all. [He's going to be firm this time. Nephry really should sleep and regain her strength.]

It's not a problem.

[He sighs a little and sets Nephry with a stern look as he stands up and off the bed.] Come now, you need to rest! I've stayed long enough already, Nephry. When you're well again, we can talk for as long as you like, I promise. For the time being, I must implore you to save your energy.
