Would those who are staying temporarily in building six please respond here? It will help us keep a more accurate list of residents. Those who are staying together may designate one person to provide multiple names, if necessary. Anyone who had been living in building six prior to the earthquake should also reply, if possible. Broken? ...I hadn't thought of it that way, but that's actually a pretty good explanation.

[Just scooching on over to make space for Nephry next to her, if she wants to stay on the bed, too. Anise won't mind!]

[Too out of it to take the hint, Anise would have to ask outright. She got hit on the head pretty hard, after all, and several hours of memory are still either missing or fuzzy.]

Others? I guess Guy would've told Asch, not that he'd come visit or anything... I don't have my journal with me, though, so I can't exactly talk to anyone else... [Which reminds her.]

Hey Nephry, is Community Housing 7 okay? That's where Simon lives, so...

I don't think the damage to it was very serious. I'm sure Simon's all right, but if you want I can look for him for you tomorrow.

I guess... [She'd really like to look for him herself.] I wish I hadn't left my journal at the house. Didn't think I'd need it this badly...!

[Nephry gets up, then, and brings the bag she dropped by the door over. She'll sit back down in the same place - and of course it's okay if Anise leans on her shoulder! - and dig around a bit inside the bag]

I couldn't find your journal, but I did find this. [Here, have the picture of your parents back.]

[... Aw, Nephry. Anise clutches the picture to herself quietly for a moment, before smiling a little.]

You're welcome. I've only been up to the house once...and I didn't find very much. Perhaps Saphir and I can look together tomorrow, but I was worried about how stable it might be.

[Oh yeah, Dist. Anise blinks.] Oh, I haven't seen Dist yet, either! Is he okay? He hasn't been whining too much, has he?

He's fine. His injuries were gone within a day, thanks to Professor Nebilim. [Nephry looks away a little bit.] I don't know that I would be here right now without him.

[Well, that comes as a surprise to Anise.] Ah, really...? [Oh dang, well this is awkward.] S-sorry, I didn't know- but. Woah.

[... She's going to be nicer to Dist now, yes.]

I don't...remember a lot of what happened, before or after the earthquake. [she rubs her forehead as if that will solve this problem] But at the very least he kept me from panicking, or bleeding to death.

That's... I didn't know that Dist would... [Well no, that's a lie. Dist is weird, but they were sort-of-kind-of friends, once.] That's really nice of him.

Yes. It is. [A sad smile. Dist wasn't always this way, and she most certainly does remember when they were kids.] I suppose we're even now. [Not that she was ever, really, keeping score.]

He can be really nice if he wants to. Just not that often.

It's hard for him. Perhaps in much the same way it's hard for Jade.

The Colonel wouldn't have been happy if he were here, would he? I got really careless.

It isn't as though we could have predicted an earthquake. ...Besides, I think he'd be expending his frustration on Saphir or someone else unsuspecting. He would have worried about you, Anise.

Eheh, I guess... He'd have found a weird way to show it, though!

Something memorable, like filling in the entirety of that tunnel of yours, so it might never happen again.

Not that there's anything left of the tunnel to fill up in the first place, boo... [Sadface forever.]

I would rather you lose that tunnel than your life.
