I'm not certain. I'd say the chances are greater than they should be. After all, leaving the barrier is no easy feat.

In this place, we are constantly in danger. If that man is still roaming the barrier, though, I'd say our risks have increased significantly.

Shouldn't they be warned?

Doing so may cause panic for no reason. On the other hand, the only way to gain concrete evidence of that man's lingering presence is to find out the hard way.

That won't solve anything.
