It's been quite a while since we've had such a wave of New Feathers. I'm sure the majority of you have heard, from friends or some of our more vocal residents, the basics of what life here entails. However, I would suggest that all of you who are able should read this guide. It should answer most, if not all, of your questions, and Ms. Sage has been kind enough to maintain and revise it in order to inform all new arrivals about Luceti. It's quite informative.
Those of you from Auldrant, I hope you're settling in. ...As well as you can, at any rate. If I may ask, I would like to know from all of you, even those who have been here longer than I, what was going on in the world before you found yourselves here.
...And if she is available, I would like to speak with the girl named Katara.
[Housemates or visitors will find her sitting outside enjoying the cooling weather. This is more like how summer ought to feel. They may also catch her staring down at her hands quite a lot - she's been doing that ever since she was briefly someone else.]

[And, true to his word, Nephry can hear a few steps behind her a few minutes later as Dist emerges from the house and looks at the sky.] ...The seasons are changing.

[Dist had grown used to the warmer climate of Daath, having lived there for most of his life. Even so, he did enjoy the winter months...given that he was appropriately dressed this time.]

I assume you're aware of my attempts at resurrecting the Professor through fomicry, Nephry? If not, then now you know. [No, he's not cutting any corners. Not this time.] Before I was taken here, I was at my wits end... The only remaining choice I had, after the incident at the Tower of Rem, was to revive the incomplete replica of the Professor Jade created from the beginning, years ago. I had planned on recovering the catalysts, but it seemed Jade and his companions did that task for me, and inevitably released the Professor's replica unwittingly.
[A beat of silence, as he lowered his head, voice tight. It's still not something he likes to speak of.] It was...a mistake. I suppose I knew, deep down, but at that point, my sick obsession clouded my better judgment. I no longer cared about the consequences of my actions. The replica was powerful, bloodthirsty, and...certainly not like the Professor at all. I was attacked almost instantly by it and lost consciousness. When I woke, I was here, in this new place.
...I'm still unsure if I'll be dead or alive, if I ever go back.

After what you call the Tower of Rem...I thought you were dead. Everyone did. ...They sent your things to Keterburg for internment.
[Pause. That was hard, thinking that one of the four of them... And then everything that happened with his things. But hearing this makes a lot of things make sense.
However, enough time has passed for her, in Auldrant, that she knows his eventual fate. Just not how it happened...until now.]
I know what happened to you, after that. ...Do you want me to tell you?
[Action]
...That is unnecessary. Judging by my actions in the past, I can establish a good enough guess of where I'll be winding up, if I manage to live through the the attack if and when I return to Auldrant.
[Action]
...I'm sorry for bringing up all of these painful memories, Saphir. But...thank you for telling me.
[Action]
Think nothing of it. I can only assume your from my future, then, and Auldrant was spared its wicked fate.
[Action]
Yes. Though most people are having difficulties adjusting to a Scoreless world, even a couple of years later. There have been uprisings.
